“Fight with Seymour” - Nobuo Uematsu

“Fight with Seymour” is one of those rare pieces of VGM by which I was immediately awestruck. As soon as the opening synth came in, I was in love. The piece only escalates from there. Absolutely insane stuff. I love it. I don’t know enough about music to say why it’s good, but I know a banger when I hear one, and that’s what we have here.

Final Fantasy X is still somehow the only Final Fantasy I’ve ever played, so please don’t yell at me about your favorite Uematsu piece. I’m sure I’ll get to it one day.
